Alison Pryce was a professional bass player with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London, when she was 19. She later moved on to The English National Opera, English Sinfonia, Welsh National Opera Orchestra, Liverpool Philharmonic etc. under the direction of many world famous conductors. 
After raising three children, now established musicians, Alison turned her talents to music transcriptions and preparation, as one of the early exponents of Sibelius software. 
Having obtained the qualification of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, she relocated to the United States in 2000, working in the music studios of Los Angeles, in charge of music productions and working with composers from all over the world. 
Alison currently lives in Southern Mississippi, tending fifteen acres of forest, and continues to work worldwide with composers from New York, Los Angeles, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, England, France, Poland, Australia, Denmark, Wales and Scotland.
